Anthony D. Williams Sr., aged 29, was tragically shot on April 5, 2006, in the 2600 block of Raynor Avenue, Baltimore, MD. Despite surviving the initial shooting, Williams endured severe complications from his injuries over the years. On March 14, 2023, nearly 17 years after the incident, he succumbed to these complications, leading the Baltimore City Police to declare his death a homicide.
