Death by Force

James Allen Frazier, a 21-year-old resident of Germantown, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on the night of March 4, 2014. The incident occurred around 10 p.m. in the area of Drumcastle Court. According to reports from the Montgomery County Police, Frazier was found on Oxbridge Drive at Route 355/Frederick Road and was subsequently taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
