On the evening of May 12, 2015, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Prince George’s County Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting in the 4700 block of Pard Road in Capitol Heights, Maryland. Upon arrival, they discovered 18-year-old Reginald Bernard Brown III, a resident of Southeast Washington, D.C., along with four other men, all suffering from gunshot wounds.
