Oscar Colindres Garcia, a 37-year-old resident of Capitol Heights, Maryland, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2016. Garcia was found suffering from a gunshot wound in his car outside his home on Joplin Street shortly before midnight. Despite efforts to save him, he succumbed to his injuries several hours later.
