Kwacellus Linarra Davis, a 23-year-old resident of Forestville, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on November 25, 2015, in Hyattsville, Maryland. The incident occurred around 4:50 p.m. near an apartment complex on the 1800 block of Belle Haven Drive. Davis was found in the roadway and pronounced dead at the scene.
