Desmond Burns, a 24-year-old resident of Hyattsville, MD, was tragically shot and killed on the evening of November 13, 2017. The incident occurred at approximately 7:45 p.m. outside the Hilltop Apartments located in the 5300 block of 85th Avenue in New Carrollton.
