On a cold January evening in 2016, the life of 19-year-old Treshawn William Johnson was tragically cut short in Owings Mills, Maryland. The young man was found on the sidewalk in the unit block of Lower Gate Court on Thursday, January 7th, the victim of a fatal gunshot wound.
