Robert Perkins, a 40-year-old resident of Owings Mills, Maryland, tragically lost his life following a shooting incident on October 2, 2022. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. in the 4500 block of Brightwater Court, where Perkins was shot multiple times. Despite being rushed to a local hospital, he succumbed to his injuries a few days later.
