Deras Washington, a 21-year-old resident of Owings Mills, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 22, 2021. The incident occurred during a marijuana deal at the Brookside Common Apartments. Washington had arranged to meet Malik Gregory, 19, for the transaction. Malik brought along his 21-year-old brother, Kyree Gregory.
