Gary Printice Melvin, a 30-year-old resident of Owings Mills, Maryland, was tragically killed in a shooting on August 16, 2020. The incident occurred early in the morning, just after 5 a.m., in the parking lot near Reisterstown Road and Pleasant Hill Road.
