Jameel O. Harrison, a 34-year-old man from Owings Mills, Maryland, was fatally shot by FBI agents on April 11, 2014. The incident occurred during a drug investigation near a Sam's Club and Walmart on Reisterstown Road. According to reports, Harrison was inside an Infiniti SUV when federal agents, who had been surveilling him, attempted to stop his vehicle.
