On May 3, 2024, Baltimore County Police responded to a shooting in the 4700 block of Winterset Way in Owings Mills, Maryland. Upon arrival, officers discovered 38-year-old Rodney L. Scott Jr. outside the Park at Winterset Apartment Homes. Scott was pronounced dead at the scene.
