On a Saturday morning in Owings Mills, Maryland, a violent encounter left one man dead and two others wounded. On February 4, 2017, police responded to a report of a shooting at a condominium on Continental Court. Inside, they discovered three people suffering from gunshot wounds. Dominic Boyd, a 39-year-old male, was pronounced dead at the scene by emergency medical crews.
