In the late hours of October 22, 2025, the life of 44-year-old Alex Patterson, a Black / African American male, was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire on Milwaukee's west side. The incident, a triple shooting, unfolded around 10:10 p.m. in the 2200 block of North 51st Street, near West Garfield Avenue. When first responders arrived at the scene, they found Patterson with fatal injuries. He was pronounced dead at the location.
