In the bitter cold of a Milwaukee afternoon on January 25, 2018, the life of 18-year-old Kole Jopek, a White Caucasian male, was tragically cut short. The young man was fatally shot around 4 p.m. in the vicinity of 44th and Garfield. When police arrived at the scene, they found Jopek, who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
