Floyd Cain Jr., a 45-year-old resident of Hurlock, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 29, 2016. The incident occurred at the Prospect Heights Apartments on Gold Rush Lane, where Cain was found suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was quickly transported to Nanticoke Memorial Hospital in Seaford, Delaware, but unfortunately, he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.
