Morris Haskins Jr., a 43-year-old man from Washington, D.C., was fatally shot on November 8, 2024, at Walker Mill Regional Park in Capitol Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 5:50 PM during a candlelight vigil that was being held for another homicide victim.
