Dale Abrams

In the Lakeland neighborhood of South Baltimore, the evening of November 3, 2015, was shattered by violence that claimed the life of Dale Abrams. A Black male, at 44 years of age, Abrams became another victim in a year marked by a significant increase in homicides in the city.
