On a tragic day in District Heights, Maryland, 55-year-old Jan Marie Parks lost her life in a shooting on June 24, 2016. The incident also claimed the lives of three other individuals: 60-year-old Allen Rowlett, 50-year-old Carlina Renee Gray, and 65-year-old Harold Williams.
