In the evening hours of Friday, November 24, 2017, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the life of 20-year-old Keyonandre Shamar James was tragically cut short. The young man, a beloved son and father, was on North 30th Street when he was shot. Horrified friends who were with him at the time witnessed him collapse from the gunshot wounds.
