Jered McCalope, aged 22, was fatally shot on August 14, 2016, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The incident took place in a parking lot on Rembrandt Avenue around 11:30 a.m. The suspect, Shykeem Tyshawn McNeal, was arrested in connection with the shooting, which was reportedly the result of ongoing disagreements between McNeal and McCalope.
