Marvin Tolliver, a 29-year-old Black male, was shot and killed on the evening of October 15, 2025, at a barbershop in the 9700 block of Platt Drive in Baton Rouge. Police were called around 5:49 p.m. and found Tolliver dead at the scene from a gunshot wound.
