39 year old man shot multiple times while riding his bike
On the evening of June 15, 2017, 39-year-old Wilbert Bell Jr. was riding his bicycle in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, when he was tragically killed. The male victim was in the 2700 block of Lockwood Avenue when he was chased and shot multiple times. Law enforcement officials with the Baton Rouge Police Department have described the killing as a seemingly random act of violence.
