39 year old man shot multiple times while riding his bike
From all accounts, Wilbert Bell, Jr. was loved by many family and friends. He was described as a sweet, humble, God-fearing man. He had a big heart and loved to joke around and make people laugh. He was only 39 years old when his life was taken away.
At about 12:05 am on Thursday, 06/15/2017, Wilbert Bell Jr. was riding his bike in the 2700 block of Lockwood Avenue in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
