Reuel Laparis Hicks Jr., an 18-year-old high school senior from Waldorf, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2016. Hicks was fatally shot in the parking lot behind the AMC St. Charles Town Center 9 movie theater. According to reports, Hicks was walking with friends when he stopped to converse with Deavan Quindel Jefferson, a 19-year-old from Baltimore.
