In the late hours of a November evening in 2008, the body of Daniel Argueta Cordova, a 24-year-old Hispanic male, was discovered in a parking area behind a Lowe's Home Improvement store on Crain Highway in Waldorf, Maryland. At approximately 8:24 p.m. on November 11th, officers from the Charles County Sheriff's Office were called to the scene where they found Cordova's unclothed body, which showed signs of trauma to the upper body.
