Todd James Webb Jr., a 14-year-old high school freshman from Capitol Heights, Maryland, tragically lost his life on October 30, 2016. Webb was one of the victims in a shooting incident that occurred in the early hours of the morning at an apartment complex on Walker Mill Road. The shooting resulted in the deaths of Webb and 18-year-old Brian Davis, along with injuries to four other individuals.
