In the quiet neighborhood of District Heights, Maryland, the life of 23-year-old Rondell Foo was tragically cut short on a November evening in 2017. On November 21st, patrol officers from the District Heights Police Department were dispatched to the 6300 block of Sunvalley Terrace around 9:20 p.m. following reports of a shooting. Upon their arrival, they discovered Mr. Foo outside, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite the immediate response, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
