Rondell Foo, a 23-year-old resident of District Heights, Maryland, was tragically killed on November 21, 2017. On that evening, Prince George's County police responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex on Sunvalley Terrace. Upon arrival, they discovered Foo lying on the ground, having been shot multiple times. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
