Damon Proctor, a 42-year-old resident of Lexington Park, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 25, 2019, in District Heights, Maryland. The incident occurred around 1:40 PM in the 5000 block of Daventry Terrace, where Proctor and an adult female were found suffering from gunshot wounds outside a townhome. Proctor succumbed to his injuries, while the female victim, who was shot in the leg, survived and was later released from the hospital.
