Jawuan Ingram, a 23-year-old resident of Landover, Maryland, tragically lost his life on April 9, 2020, in District Heights. The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. when patrol officers were dispatched to a residence in the 1700 block of Berry Lane following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, they found Ingram suffering from a gunshot wound outside the residence. Despite efforts, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
