Donnie McMillan, a 32-year-old resident of Forestville, Maryland, tragically lost his life on May 6, 2022, in District Heights. The incident occurred around 8:05 PM in the 7100 block of Donnell Place, where McMillan was found outside an apartment building suffering from a gunshot wound. Despite being transported to a hospital for treatment, he was pronounced dead shortly after his arrival.
The investigation into McMillan's death revealed that he was the victim of an attempted carjacking.
