Rashaad Garnett Tate, a 32-year-old resident of District Heights, Maryland, was tragically found dead on March 21, 2016. His body was discovered outside a home in the 5000 block of Hil Mar Drive. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing; Tate had been shot and then set on fire. He was pronounced dead at the scene by the responding officers.
