In the early morning hours of May 22, 2005, the body of 19-year-old Timothy Joseph Blair Jr., a Black male known affectionately as 'Timmy Jo,' was discovered by a passerby at the corner of 28th and Magazine streets in West Louisville. He had been shot multiple times.
