In the early morning hours of May 22, 2005, the body of 19-year-old Timothy Joseph Blair Jr., a Black male known affectionately as 'Timmy Jo,' was discovered by a passerby at the corner of 28th and Magazine streets in West Louisville. He had been shot multiple times. At the time of his death, Timothy was wearing a blue-jean skirt, pink flip-flops with a matching purse, and a t-shirt that read, “My boyfriend is hotter than yours.” He also wore a wig styled after the singer Beyoncé and light ...
