In a quiet Silver Spring, Maryland neighborhood, the life of 10-year-old Andrew 'Andy' Kim was tragically cut short in what police have described as a domestic-related murder-suicide. The young boy, a fourth-grade student at Westover Elementary School, was known for his gentle and creative spirit.
