Jerome Antoine Durant, a 40-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on November 21, 2021. The incident occurred in the White Oak area, specifically on November Circle. According to the Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD), officers responded to a report of a shooting around 9:17 p.m. Upon arrival, they found Durant suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
