In the early morning hours of December 2, 2022, a day that should have been a celebration, 29-year-old Nathaniel Potts was fatally shot in the parking lot of the Summit Hills apartment complex on 16th Street in Silver Spring, Maryland. The male victim, a music artist known as Nate SkyWalker, was returning home after celebrating his birthday when the tragic event unfolded.
