Jon-Christian Kemachet-Webster, a 20-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed inside his home on July 19, 2017. The incident occurred around 9:50 p.m. in the 1600 block of Belvedere Boulevard in the Forest Glen area of Silver Spring.
