Willians Anderson Alberto Cruz, a 19-year-old from Silver Spring, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 9, 2022. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning on Colony Road in the Piney Branch area. Cruz was found in a wooded area, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds, and was pronounced dead at the scene by first responders.
