Patrick Davion Gafford, a 25-year-old resident of Silver Spring, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 2, 2021, in a double shooting incident at the Enclave Apartments on Oak Leaf Drive. The Montgomery County Police Department responded to multiple reports of shots fired at the high-rise apartment complex. Upon arrival, officers discovered two male victims suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to nearby hospitals, where Gafford succumbed to his injuries.
