Prateek Kumar, a 19-year-old resident of Crownsville, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on October 8, 2018, in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The incident occurred in the 300 block of Highland Drive around 3:57 p.m. when Anne Arundel County police officers responded to reports of a shooting.
