In the pre-dawn hours of June 1, 2022, the quiet of a Glen Burnie, Maryland neighborhood was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Responding to reports of shots fired on Warwickshire Lane, Anne Arundel County police discovered the body of 17-year-old Anthony Tyrell Johnson inside a parked car. The young man, a sophomore at North County High School, had sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
