Kofi N. Frempong, a 47-year-old resident of Bowie, Maryland, tragically died on April 5, 2023, in a violent incident in Glen Burnie. Frempong was shot and killed by his nephew, Daniel Ayim Amponsah, during what authorities have classified as a murder-suicide. The incident occurred around 10:00 PM at a family gathering in the 7300 block of Red Pond Court.
