Michael Lee Wise III, a 24-year-old resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland, was tragically killed on Halloween night, October 31, 2019. Wise was out trick-or-treating with his girlfriend and young daughter in the 400 block of Gatewood Court when he was shot multiple times just after 7 p.m. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene around 7:20 p.m., but despite their efforts, Wise was pronounced dead on the scene.
