James Antonio Diggs IV, a 29-year-old resident of Gwynn Oak, Maryland, tragically lost his life on July 5, 2019, during a pool party in Glen Burnie. The incident occurred at the Glen Burnie Swim Club, located in the 500 block of Everett Road. According to reports, the party, which had around 300 attendees, turned violent when an argument broke out, leading to gunfire.
