Andre Lee Garrett, a 39-year-old resident of Oxon Hill, Maryland, was tragically shot and killed on October 30, 2019, in Glen Burnie, Maryland. The incident occurred around 3:10 p.m. near the Baltimore Washington Medical Center, specifically outside a senior care and rehabilitation facility on Hospital Drive. Garrett was found with gunshot wounds and was immediately transported to the Baltimore Washington Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries.
