Xavier John Arthur Green, a 28-year-old resident of Glen Burnie, Maryland, tragically lost his life on November 18, 2019. The incident occurred around 6 p.m. when Anne Arundel County Northern District officers responded to a shooting in the 300 block of Morris Hill Avenue.
