In the early evening of November 18, 2019, tragedy struck in Glen Burnie, Maryland, when 28-year-old Xavier John Arthur Green was fatally shot. The incident occurred at approximately 6:03 p.m. in the 300 block of Morris Hill Avenue. Responding Anne Arundel County Police officers discovered Green unresponsive inside a residence and immediately began administering CPR until medical personnel arrived.
