On a Sunday afternoon in Glen Burnie, Maryland, the life of 24-year-old Antwan Troy Briggs was tragically cut short. On March 24, 2019, police responded to reports of shots fired in the 300 block of Highland Drive. There, they discovered a grim scene. Another young man, 20-year-old Antwon Elijah Queen, was found deceased in the parking lot from multiple gunshot wounds.
