Antwan Troy Briggs, a 24-year-old from Glen Burnie, Maryland, tragically lost his life on March 24, 2019. He was found dead in an apartment complex on Highland Drive, Glen Burnie, with multiple gunshot wounds. The incident was part of a double homicide, as his close friend, Antwon Elijah Queen, was also found shot and killed outside the same apartment complex. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner determined that both deaths were homicides caused by multiple gunshot wounds.
