Martino Robert Duffin, a 32-year-old resident of Dundalk, Maryland, was found dead in his apartment on Kinship Road on March 15, 2019. His family had contacted the police after being unable to reach him for three days. Upon arrival, officers discovered Duffin had been shot and killed.
