In the late hours of a Friday evening, the quiet of a residential street in the District Heights/Forestville area was shattered by the sound of gunfire. On June 7, 2019, 25-year-old Reggie Horne was found lying in the roadway on the 8100 block of Jordan Park Boulevard, the very street where he lived. He had sustained multiple gunshot wounds.
