In the early morning hours of June 1, 2019, the stillness of a parking lot in District Heights, Maryland, was broken by a grim discovery. Patrolling officers happened upon an idling car in the 1900 block of Rochelle Avenue around 1:30 a.m. and inside, they found 26-year-old Davion Brandon and 28-year-old Antonio Taitano-Walker, both suffering from gunshot wounds.
