On a summer evening in Baltimore, Maryland, the life of 21-year-old Davron Dorsey was cut short by gunfire. The incident occurred on June 27, 2019, in the 3100 block of Belvedere Avenue, near the Pimlico Race Course. Just before 9:30 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting and discovered Dorsey suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
